MacKenzie Beach Resort Cancellation Policy Booking Outside of Two Weeks of your Arrival Date At point of reservation, the first night's room rate plus taxes will be immediately charged to your Visa or Mastercard. If you need to cancel more than two weeks prior to your arrival date, that deposit amount, less a $40 cancellation fee and taxes, will be refunded to your credit card. If no credit card is made available on arrival a $200.00 cash deposit must be made, which will be returned 2 hours after departure if no damage or cleaning charges are applied to it. Please note that the damage deposit will increase to $500.00 for Cabin #1. Booking Within Two Weeks of your Arrival Date At point of reservation, the first night's room rate plus taxes will be immediately charged to your Visa or Mastercard. Since the reservation is within the normal two week cancellation period, this amount will be non-refundable. Early Departure On arrival you must pre-pay and stay for the number of nights you reserved . Should you choose to depart earlier than the date you specified when making your reservation, you will be charged a minimum $40.00 cancellation fee and taxes for each day lost up to the full price of the room if we are unable to re-rent the accommodation due to short notice.
