All camping guests have access to the following amenities during their stay.

• Washrooms (with heated floors)

• Token operated hot showers (available at our front desk) – $2.10 for 3 minutes

• Coin operated laundry facilities

• Free Wifi

• Outside cold water shower

• Outside hot water wash basin

• Mizu Mizu – Coffee, drinks & good eats as well as basic provisions

• E-bike and fire-pit rentals

• Tuff City Saunas, beachfront and mobile sauna experiences

• Firewood for sale

We recognize that pets are part of our guests’ family and our resort is designed as dog friendly. We love all kinds of animals, but only domestic dogs are allowed to stay at the resort. There is a charge for pets of $6+tax per night.

Please note that no more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed per site. Guests will be required to register any pets at our reception. This is both for our knowledge as well as your well-being in case of an emergency.

Dogs must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. We rely on you to prevent your pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive to other guests. If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, our management has sole discretion to require you to find other accommodations. The resort also reserves the right to contact animal control to have a pet removed.

All cancellations are to be made by EMAIL ONLY. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the first night stay will result in an early cancellation charge of $20 per campsite plus the $20 reservation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the first night stay will result in a charge equivalent to the first night stay plus the $20 reservation fee.

If we do not receive notice, via e-mail, no refund will be awarded. Any guests wishing to change the arrival and/or departure dates of their reservation within 14 days of your first night reserved, will be charged a $20 service charge per site booked.

By accepting the terms and conditions, campers that reserve a campsite confirm that they understand which accommodation type they have booked and what size of tent can be accommodated.
